Fulfillment and Shipping Policy for River D Rentals

River D Rentals, LLC provides mobile luxury restroom trailer rental services for weddings, private events, corporate events, festivals, community events, and other approved uses. River D Rentals provides rental services rather than products that are shipped to customers.
River D Rentals Fulfillment and Shipping Policy
All restroom trailer rentals are fulfilled through delivery, placement, setup, and removal by River D Rentals at the event location agreed upon with the customer.
Rental dates, event locations, trailer selection, delivery and setup arrangements, rental duration, utility requirements, pricing, and any additional services or charges are confirmed with the customer through the applicable quote, invoice, and/or signed Rental Agreement.
A 50% deposit and signed Rental Agreement are required to reserve an event date. The remaining balance may be paid at any time before the event but must be paid in full no later than the day of the event. River D Rentals is not required to place the restroom trailer into service until all amounts then due have been paid.
Delivery, Setup & Removal
River D Rentals is responsible for transporting the rented restroom trailer to the agreed event location, placing and setting up the trailer, and removing it according to the agreed rental schedule.
The customer must provide a safe, reasonably level placement area with adequate access for River D Rentals' tow vehicle and equipment. The placement and access area must be free of hazards and overhead obstructions.
Only River D Rentals or its authorized representatives may move, relocate, transport, connect, disconnect, or reposition a River D Rentals restroom trailer unless prior written authorization is provided by River D Rentals.
Water & Electrical Requirements
For one-day rentals, an on-site water connection is not required when River D Rentals determines that the trailer's onboard water capacity is sufficient for the scheduled event.
Rentals lasting more than one day require reasonable access to a suitable water source unless River D Rentals agrees otherwise in writing.
Access to a suitable electrical connection is preferred for all rentals and is especially important for multi-day events. River D Rentals may provide and operate a generator when electrical service is unavailable or unsuitable.
Customers should disclose available water and electrical service before the event so River D Rentals can determine the appropriate setup requirements. Generator use, fuel needs, utility limitations, or unusual site requirements may result in additional charges if disclosed in the quote, invoice, or otherwise agreed to by the parties.
Shipping
River D Rentals does not ship restroom trailers or physical products to customers. Restroom trailers are delivered directly to the customer's event location by River D Rentals.
Because River D Rentals provides a local/mobile rental service rather than shipped merchandise, traditional shipping methods, shipping carriers, tracking numbers, and shipping delivery estimates do not apply.
Service Area & Event Locations
River D Rentals is based in Gatesville, Texas and provides mobile restroom trailer rental services throughout Central Texas and surrounding areas, subject to availability, event location, site accessibility, and delivery requirements.
Service outside the normal service area may be available. Any applicable delivery, travel, or additional service charges will be communicated to the customer as part of the quote or rental arrangements.
Site Access & Delays
The customer is responsible for providing accurate event and delivery information and ensuring that River D Rentals has reasonable access to the event site for delivery, setup, servicing, and removal.
Delivery or setup may be delayed, adjusted, or declined if site conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, unlawful, or reasonably likely to cause injury or damage to persons, property, vehicles, or equipment.
Weather & Events Beyond Reasonable Control
River D Rentals may temporarily suspend operation, delay service, or make reasonable operational adjustments when severe weather or unsafe conditions threaten the safety of guests, employees, vehicles, equipment, or property.
River D Rentals will not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform when caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, government actions or restrictions, road closures, utility interruptions, emergencies, or other unforeseen events that make performance unsafe, unlawful, or impracticable.
When reasonably possible, River D Rentals will communicate with the customer regarding affected service and available alternatives. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds are subject to the River D Rentals Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and the customer's signed Rental Agreement.
Rental Agreement
Each paid reservation is subject to a signed River D Rentals Rental Agreement. If the terms of a customer's signed Rental Agreement differ from this general website policy, the signed Rental Agreement will control for that specific reservation.
